Agronomist Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in identical or similar role;

Technical knowledge within  fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, seed treatment and biosolutions across main crops;

English and people management skills;


Main tasks:

Manage R&D field product development process to ensure the field trial data quality to support project decision, contribute to protfolio management and UPL sustainable growh in the regional business;




Accountable for the effective execution and coordination of all field product development activities in Brazil.

Ensuring that high quality trials are implemented, maintained, assessed and the resulting data reported to stake-holders in a timely and efficient manner.
Search for and implement innovative technologies and ensure that state of the art research is implemented.                                                                                        
Ensure that technical know-how on products and technologies is maintained internally and effectively transferred to concerned 
Create an efficient network with Universities, Institutes and agricultural research organizations;                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Budget properly manage as previus alignment;
Actively participate and contribute to the growth of UPLs Intellectual Property (IP) / patent portfolio.


Required Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese & English)
