Regional Marketing Manager - Insecticides (North Europe)
Location: Europe (100% remote/hybrid)


Job Description:

  • Lead the Insecticides Category Strategy in North Europe to deliver the current budget
  • Manage existing portfolio, working closely with countries for overall strategy, pricing, LCM & Supply chain effectiveness
  • Ideation and market knowledge to focus on current and future pain points
  • Responsible to develop a strong pipeline (driving growth in cereals, corn, sugar beet and rapeseed and Specialty crops), driving existing projects & also building new projects
  • Effective partnership, coordination with relevant teams (Sales, Regulatory, R&D, Supply Chain) to facilitate business decisions, and coordinate Project Team
  • Responsible for new product launches
  • Lead the inorganic growth strategy with Alliance Team (acquisition, licensing, and other opportunities)
  • Contact point for Global insecticides team
  • Be an expert with respect to the competition


Qualifications and Skills:

  • University degree in Agronomy, marketing or related
  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing, sales or technical experience on European level
  • Project management skills
  • Technical knowledge on key crops and preferably insecticides
  • Fluency in English
