Mission	Manage the warehouses for storage of Finish Goods, Packaging, Labels and Bulk raw materials. Responsible of coordinating, directing and organising activities of receiving, storing and shipping of goods in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures. Supervising of all warehouse personals and all warehouse management activities.
Scope of Authority	Will be reporting to Supply Chain Manager. Will be supervising warehouse staff and temporary staff
Responsibilities	Plan and ensure the receipt, storage and shipment of goods
	Timely preparation and delivery of goods as per business needs
	Organize, coordinate and control all inventory management activities
	Carry out all the necessary checks for the receipt of the products and immediately inform the hierarchy of any anomalies found in order to make the necessary decisions in time.
	Supervise the activity of warehouse workers and service providers' agents, assigned to stock management on site
	Supervise all handling activities during unloading and loading of products
	Comply with on-site safety instructions, standards and procedures for inventory management.
	Regular inventory counts (Cycle and Wall to Wall Count)
	Properly monitor stock levels and notify the hierarchy in time to avoid stock-outs
	To make available to the factory the articles and products necessary for production
	Ensure the discharge of delivery documents by including all useful information. Include the necessary reservations on the documents.
	Prepare consignment notes that accompany product transfers
	Update stock sheets and all documents supporting stock management.
	Train and develop warehouse staff on good warehouse practice
Performance Skill	Compliance between physical and theoretical stocks
	Up-to-date documents with reliable information
	Control of the stock level and orders launched on time
	Good store organization and proper storage of products
	Satisfactory Invetory Audit
	Traning of warehouse personal
	Implement warehouse best practices
Technical Skills	Good knowledge of inventory management methods and principles
	Good Space management and planning skill
	Good knowledge of Excel
	To be an advange to have knowledge of SAP ERP on Inventory Management
Behavioural Competencies	Good team management skills
	Sense of organization, rigorous, honest, spirit of synthesis and analysis
	Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with multiple departments and providers
