Reporting to the Sales and Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:


  • Develop sales of our range of vegetable and cereal seeds
  • Develop and expand the NGO and institutional customer segment through integrated projects/programs in the farming environment.
  • Coordinate the launch of new seeds.
  • Set up and monitor demonstration plots and organize field days.
  • Play an active role in defining the long-term strategy for the seed range.
  • Set up and monitor competitive intelligence.


Job profile

  • 5 years ‘higher education in agronomy/agriculture with at least 3 years’ experience.
  • You have a good knowledge of the agricultural environment in Ghana.
  • You have a good command of the technical itineraries of seed market in Ghana.
  • You have a good command of Microsoft office suits (Excel, word, PPT)
  • You have proven commercial skills

Performance criteria

  • Good knowledge of the technical aspects of seed market and food crops, both on the farm and in industry. ·
  • Knowledge of seed regulatory process · Hold a category B driving license and have driving experience
