Role Title: B2B and Commodity products Manager, ANZ
Reports To: PANZ Sub Region Head
Role Purpose:
To proactively manage and grow UPL’s market share with our key B2B and Strategic alliance customers across Australia and New Zealand.
Role Specific Accountabilities
- Engage with key B2B customers across ANZ, building and leverage relationships to grow the UPL business.
- Ensure customers are managed proactively with regular business review meetings.
- Identify opportunities to grow UPL’s market share across the crop protection segment.
- Engage with country commercial teams to identify opportunities to grow customer share leveraging UPL portfolio and customer brands
- Work with demand owners to ensure product is forecast
- Work with country leadership to identify and develop branded alliance opportunities in current and future opportunities
- Australia- Work with local and international SCM, SLT, and Retail Sales Team to coordinate commodity offers and supply
Financial
- Work within the parameters of the Budget.
- Role will be accountable for expense budget and sales deliverables
