Description: 

Sales & Business Development:

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for crop protection products within the assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and recruit new distribution channels (retailers, cooperatives).
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan that aligns with company strategic goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Technical Agronomic Support:

  • Provide technical advice to clients on product application, crop rotation, pest management, and product mixing.
  • Conduct field visits to diagnose pest, weed, and disease issues and recommend appropriate product solutions.
  • Organize and lead field demonstrations, grower meetings, and product training sessions to showcase product efficacy.

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and opinion-leading growers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and new product launches.
  • Serve as the primary link between the customer and the company, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Administrative & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls, expenses, and market intelligence in the system.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding chemical sales and handling.

Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.
