Direct: Operational Reporting to North & South EU Marketing Heads

Indirect:  Strategic Reporting to Global Head of Ag - Technology Sustainable Solutions & Services 

Geographical Coverage: North & South Europe Region 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

Summary

•Develop & implement a business plan for Ag Tech. Services for Europe (Digital and Carbon Sequestration Programs) and collaborate on building the AgTech. Solutions and Services new customer facing category (rather than only products)
•Develop long term relationships with strategic partners for Ag-Tech and Food Value Chain areas in Europe.
 

Financial

•Develop & implement a business plan to achieve in 5 years +$50 Mn in revenues from Ag Tech. services
•Build & manage a pipeline of on-going deals/projects, focusing on overcoming farmer pain points via Digital Initiatives, Food Value Chain (e.g. potato) and Carbon Foot print (sequestration) with a peak pipeline value of +$70 Mn in 7 years
 

Customer & Project Management

•Identify the key customer pain points, which could be solved with AgTech technology.
•Coordinate the implementation of Carbon Pilots in key EU Countries as part of the Global Carbon Strategy
•Developing long-term relationships with strategic start ups, creating joint plans to create, delivery and capture value by identifying unmet needs from both companies,  in alignment with region and global priorities in EU countries.
•Work closely with Global Head of AgTech, Sustainable Solutions & Service to assure the right strategic direction and implementation of the projects in their respective areas.
•Analyze and monitor competition in order to assure we are proactively moving faster that competitors.

Education: IT, Agronomy, marketing, Business

Experience: ~5 years of experience in Ag-Tech/ Commercial Roles in Crop Protection/ Ag-Solution Companies
