Job Summary:  The Talent Acquisition Specialist will engage with the main stakeholders to define the recruitment needs and implement the recruitment strategy accordingly. Also, will play an instrumental role to ensure all onboarding plans are well developed and a consistent Employer branding strategy is developed for the region in connection with the Global guidelines and the regional context

 

JOb Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to define the Job Descriptions together with the key stakeholders
  • Monitor all the recruitment processes and use HR analytics systems to provide useful insights about recruitment trends
  • Actively collaborate to support on boarding plans across the region and makes sure the new comers live a engaging employee experience during the first year of arrival to UPL
  • Collaborates to settle agreements with universities, business schools and specialized organizations to make sure UPL is well recognized among the student communities
  • Design methodology, processes, tools and systems to make sure the recruitment agenda is efficient and effective
  • Makes sure the hiring process is well articulated and managed through the existing systems (S.Factors)
  • Works to get Market intelligence analysis by mapping organizational structures, benchmarking salaries, and other trends
  • Supports the HR team to deploy the EVP both internally and externally
  • Partners when needed with providers for specific recruitment needs
  • Support the implementation of Global HR Programs related to Talent Acquisition in the region
     

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited college/university; Professional Certification in HRM / Masters in HRM preferred
  • 7+ years of Talent acquisition experience
  • Experience of working in Agriculture/ Pharmaceutical/ Chemical industries is highly preferable (1-2 years)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge and practical understanding of using HR Information Systems (e.g. SAP Success Factors, Oracle-Peoplesoft, Workday, etc.) and Excel.
  • Experience of working with teams in a fast paced, high-growth focused, dynamic and a hands-on work environment.
  • Have a strong solution focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish language is a must. Highly valuable an additional European language

Travel: 10% very little travel required.
