Description: 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement BioSolution strategy and growth in Hungary

Increase sales & marketing activities of UPL on Hungary market

Provide marketing-development expertise for the sales team members in the country

Provide trainings to local team on marketing biosolution portfolio

Provide assessments for potential new markets, expansion of market presence expansions, new products opportunities

Business growth for Biosolution implementation

Coordinate strategy implementation and new products launches at country level and support to regional team in Europe-North

Project management for New Product Launches

Contact person for the local colleagues from sales & regulatory teams and regional managers in relations to Biosolutions

Manage marketing part of labelling process for Biosolution products

Manage a demand planning activity for Biosolutions with accuracy and in line with regional guidelines

Cooperate with local regulatory team on registration process for Biosolution products

 
Education:

Agricultural university degree

 

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in agrochemicals with specialization in crop protection products and/or Biosolutions for CP in Hungary.

Project management skills with proven track record. Understanding and technical knowledge of crop development (raw& speciality crops)

 

KEY COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in Hungarian language

English language use is essential

Good knowlegde about Hungaria agro-business 

Very good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to influence key stakeholders: farmers, external advisors, distributors and local co-operatives and food chain companies

Independent and creative mindset

Practical use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
