We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to Learning and Development initiatives. 

 

This role involves collaborating with various departments and regions to assess learning needs, develop and execute learning strategies, design and deliver training programs, and track learning effectiveness. The role would enable employee engagement and career development, in alignment with business strategies, while also managing budgets and vendor relationships.

 

Job description

  • Anchor the key deliverables of the Global L&D function, spanning self-directed learning, leadership development, development initiatives to enable achievement of organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Working with regional senior stakeholders to develop and execute a learning culture
  • Assess new training and development needs across the organization and support in developing, re-designing and implementing existing and new training journeys, across behavioral and  leadership training.  The role would also enable business in developing and hosting technical training modules on our library and LMS.
  • Collaborate with regional and business teams to encourage uptake of development initiatives, while understanding and propagating best practices across.
  • Enhance utilization of the LMS, across behavioral. Leadership and technical training, continuously focussing on enhancing content quality and awareness and adoption of the same

 

The ideal candidate should be:

able to understand bigger picture and context and how activities and deliverables contribute to overall initiative and project objectives.

  • able to independently facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders and connect with employees across levels
  • Have experience of content development and program execution
  • Have good understanding of LMS, content libraries and development related metrics and reporting
  • able to work independently with minimal supervision, manage own time and deliverables, and prioritize effectively.
