Description: 

  • Define and manage analytics and digital adoption strategy across multiple businesses 

  • Lead the design and development of solutions to support business growth and efficiency. 

  • Define charter for and execute analytics and dashboards for business decision-making, and rationalize the analytics ecosystem.  

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of tech projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into actionable insights. 

  • Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and solutions to keep projects on track. 

  • Work closely with business teams to develop and implement analytics solutions 

  • Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers & architects to implement and deploy scalable solutions 

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. 

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team performance
