Tech Support Engineer


Minimum qualifications


  • BTech Computer Science, or similar field of study, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Software development or support experience.

  • Experience with troubleshooting software problems.

  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.

  • Familiarity with databases, log processing and other tools necessary for software troubleshooting.

  • Working experience with scripting languages such as bash, python and basic commands like sed, cut, awk etc




  • Be the first line of support for problems reported by users of software created by nurture.farm (farmers, field experts, operators)

  • Troubleshoot problems, identify known issues, cluster related problems

  • Prioritize issues into their relative severity

  • Follow up with software engineering teams to get resolution

  • Communicate with the customers who have reported the problems, and manage the interaction during resolution.
