JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Be responsible for handling all HR and Admin routine (day to day) works to support the UPL’ growth and development.
  • Attract, select and engage talents: ensure a close follow up of individuals
  • Be in charge of following up employee in/out procedures, including the information registration, materials collection, account (social insurance and housing fund) transferring (in or out) and resignation certificate developing etc.
  • Employment contract and the related documents management;
  • Ensure the correct salary payout every month for local employees
  • Assist and participate the annual training plan development and implementation.
  • Assist and participate the achievement of the annual performance management goals.
  • Handle employee grievances and complaints; Communicate with all levels of employees and improve the communication between management part and labor part to promote company culture. organize and co-ordinate employee activities.
  • reviewing, developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and processes in compliance with the local labor laws. Developing guidelines and documentation on the need basis.
  • Create, develop and maintain a variety (scheduled and ad hoc) of reports of queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools for management team and HR usage, for example resourcing, attrition, internal rotation, performance management, salary review, talent review, people cost and forecast, budget usage status, etc.
  • Necessary support to expatriates in administrative affair including but not limited work permit, visa application and other daily administrative support.
  • Manage company licenses renewal timely. Chop the documents timely with the approval of related managers.
