Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
- Play the technical role to support Country, Regional and Global technical trials.
- 3rd party trials arrangement and management.
- Wrap-up trial reports to get a clear technical positioning to support commercial activities.
- Technical support to commercial and registration team.
- New product launch support to commercial team.
- Product training for commercial team and key customers (Dealer, Sub-dealer and Farmer).
- ARM Inputs & Data Base Management.
- Collaborating with Regional Category leads and contributing to innovation of concepts, organizing virtual tours and preparing Technical notes and Product training modules.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Agronomy or related fields.
- Minimum 1-5 years experience related in product development and commercial team within the agriculture or agro-chemical manufacturing industry.
- Good in working with commercial team and key stakeholders.
- Good command in English.
- Influencing and negotiation.
- Good in communication and presentation skills.
- Available to travel and work in upcountry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
40% Product Development:
- Manage all product development and new product launch at country level.
- Regional and global trials coordination, planning and report in the system.
- Protocol design and discussion with PD Lead and Commercial.
- Trial arrangement and coordination with 3rd party cooperators, trial status monitoring and updating by field visit on a regular base, 3rd party trial quality monitoring and evaluation through trial visit.
- Trial data consolidating and summarizing at the end of season and report to PD Lead, ASEAN PD Lead and Country Head-Thailand.
- Providing new product application rate and method to registration team.
- New idea proposal on UPL’s portfolio to support country and PD team.
- Support to manager samples of new products.
60% Technical Sales Support activity
- Transfer technical knowledge to the marketing, technical service and sales team.
- As a member of country crop team, provide knowledge base support of assigned crop to marketing and sales team.
- Protocol design, management and date summary of technical trials.
- Product training for stakeholders (Sale team, Dealers, Sub dealers and key stakeholders.
