1. Manpower Productivity
· Provide inputs for manpower planning & budgeting exercise with focus on productivity and optimum utilization of manpower.
· Identify issues and process gaps to improve alignment and minimize redundancies.
2. Talent Management
· Recruit and develop high potential candidates for key positions.
· Drive the performance management process with regard to goal setting, performance discussions, yearly reviews and consequence management. Guide and Coach people managers at various stages of the PMS process & monitor progress.
3. Capability Building
· Develop training & development initiatives for improved productivity, enhanced capability and quality enhancement.
· Facilitate sessions, seminars & workshops for honing the technical and behavioural skills of employees.
4. Employee Relations & HR Operations
· Drive Employee Relations (Counseling, Investigation, Coaching, Conflict Mgmt. –Individual, Individual & team/supervisor) activities.
· HR Operations activities - Joining, On-boarding, Exit Formalities, Payroll and C&B Operations.
· Design and develop HR policies, processes and tools. Consult Management on how to best use such tools.
5. Employee Engagement
· Build, design and drive HR programs/ initiatives with business managers on enhancing employee experience, team building initiatives, address employee issues/grievances proactively.
6. Administration & Compliance management
· Oversee general office administration, including internal schedules, office events.
· Ensure smooth and efficient operations of factory canteen
· Manage company legal documentations and licenses
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· At least 7-10 years’ experience in HR with manufacturing setup (Pharmaceutical/ Chemical preferred)
· Strong understanding of manufacturing operations including labor & IR practices, people dynamics (white collared staff and blue collared workers), resourcing, capability management
· Strong communicator, High level of proficiency in networking & connecting internally and externally. Excellent team building skills. Well organized, able to set and reset priorities. Able to effectively multi task
· English Fluency
· Computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
