Key Responsibilities
Analytical & Residue Studies
- Conduct residue and analytical studies using advanced analytical techniques such as LC‑MS/MS and GC‑MS.
- Develop and validate methods for challenging compounds (e.g., low solubility, unstable, volatile) across diverse matrices including aquatic media, diet, water, soil, and crops.
- Design and monitor studies to ensure compliance with national and international regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, study costs, timelines, and reporting expectations.
- Strong understanding of guideline requirements, particularly SANTE/2020/12830.
- Willingness to learn field residue study requirements for EU and US markets.
Project Responsibilities
- Review residue studies and compile study parameters and results.
- Provide feedback on draft Study Plans and method validation reports supporting tox and ecotox studies.
- Address analytical queries raised by CROs, especially in cases involving analytical challenges.
Metabolism Studies
- Experience conducting metabolism studies and understanding guideline requirements for metabolite identification.
- Proficient in structure elucidation and interpretation of complex analytical data.
Requirements:
- Experience in analytical residue chemistry and/or metabolism studies.
- Hands‑on expertise in LC‑MS/MS, GC‑MS, and method development.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and global study requirements.
- Ability to collaborate with CROs and global regulatory teams.
