Regional Sales Manager (Mekong Delta)


Working location base in Mekong Delta



• Direct Report: National Sales Manager




• Manage accounts in the assigned area; establish and maintain relationships with customers to have clear feedback of products.

• Develop and deploy marketing campaigns targetting to distributors in the area.

• Keep in touch with internal customers, distributors, retailers,…to achieve the targets

• Prepare monthly and annually forecasting reports along with inventory report; become the main connection between UPL and customers; follow the business plans.

• Supervise production lines and product forecast; inspect and resolve all complaints as well as support requests; identify sales strategies and distributing plans to achieve revenue & profit targets.

• Observe and comply with the company’s code of conducts in sales, expenses, entertainment fees, and career promotions.

• Coordinate closely with supervisors and product managers to plan marketing campagins/adverstisements/sales policies; and take charge in area business plan approval.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by line managers


• Working location base in Mekong Delta

From 10 years experience in sales agriculture produce or related fields.

• Willing to travel

• Good at communications in Vietnamese. Good English skills are plus
