JOB Summary: Leads the execution, publication, and fulfillment of promotional programs for the US business. Guides annual process for accrual creation and tracking, and program development. Leads and develops a team. Ensures tight communication, coordination, and alignment with program stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Sales, and Finance).
REQUIRED EXPERTISE:
- Strong financial acumen, capable project management, and excellent people leadership.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities to accomplish goals within required timeframes.
- Knowledge of chemical channel promotional practices, specific knowledge of UPL approaches is a bonus
- Detail orientation – to ensure financial analysis is correct, program documents are complete and actionable, and reconciliation is accurate.
- Excellent financial modeling, written communication, and presentation skills.
