Description: 

1. EHS Management (Environmental, Health & Safety)

  • Register waste disposal records in the Allbaro (Waste Management) System after waste treatment.
  • Submit annual waste disposal levy reports and waste treatment performance reports to government authorities.
  • Complete mandatory training for waste management personnel.
  • Complete mandatory training for Environmental Technology Managers.
  • Conduct safety inspections of production facilities and equipment, including forklifts, conveyors, and lifts.
  • Perform air emission testing, workplace environmental monitoring, and special health examinations for employees.
  • Submit self-monitoring reports on air emissions to relevant authorities.
  • Complete hazardous chemical management training and perform duties as the designated hazardous chemical handler/manager.

2. Overall Production Management

  • Develop annual production plans based on Sales Forecasts (FCST) and establish monthly and daily production schedules.
  • Monitor and manage OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), production efficiency, and yield improvement activities.
  • Manage temporary workers and labor costs.
  • Prepare and submit monthly production and shipment reports, including reports to the Korea Crop Protection Association.
  • Submit Chemical Release Inventory (CRI) reports and Chemical Statistics Survey reports to regulatory authorities.

3. QC Support

  • Conduct final review of production instructions and packaging instructions before issuance.
  • Review analytical results for each batch and authorize production release.
  • Review and approve Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and physicochemical test reports required for product registrations.
  • Serve as the appointed Testing Supervisor of the Pesticide Testing and Research Institute.

4. ERP System Management (SAP Production Transactions)

  • Enter daily production quantities into the ERP (SAP) system based on actual production results by product.

5. Headquarters Reporting and Management

  • Prepare and present the monthly EHS Report.
  • Conduct EHS Monthly Report meetings with management and Headquarters.
  • Prepare and present the EHS MIS (Management Information System) Report in English.
  • Coordinate and respond to EHS-related requests and inquiries from Headquarters.
