Administrative support is also provided.
1. Main Job Activities
1. Publish timely reports and analyses from the General Manager's office, such as commodity/crop prices, weekly; analyze all export data from India; analyze relevant product costs; and release relevant information to individuals in Central America.
2. Serve as a point of contact for all quotations from Cuba; maintain files on the latest prices and send quotations to Cuba on time. Obtain relevant contracts signed by the local Manager and send them to Cuba on time. 3. Organize all major events and activities in Central America and the Caribbean, such as sales conferences and Christmas parties, and work closely with the General Manager on these matters.
4. Serve as the point of contact for obtaining all airline tickets issued by the agency. Maintain a file of these MOM, QOQ, and YOY for review by the General Manager and presentation in terms of the budget.
