  Analyse and examine process details received from R & D/, Maxpro to ensure data sufficiency in terms of process conditions, recipe, MOC suitability, safety studies, scale-up data, Effluent treatability etc. Observe lab demo of the process for understanding pratical challenges
  Identify scale-up challenges and suggest experiments, process modifications to overcome those challenges
  Identify the scope for process intensification and suggest suitable technology. Discuss with vendors/consultant for optimum design of the equipment.
  Process safety data evaluation, interpretation and hazard identification for commercial plant.
  Prepare Mass balance, energy balance, block flow diagram based on the process received from R&D/Maxpro
  Carry out basic calculation for equipment sizing and prepare equipment list for commercial scale plant
  Preparation of CAPEX and OPEX for calculation of ROI of the project.
  Support project execution team and detail engg. consultant on finalization of PFD, Mass balance, energy balance, utility requirement, equipment sizing, P&ID 
  Provide assistance to commissioning teams during plant start-up for plant stabilization, troubleshooting and achievement of norms and capacity
