He is responsible for the sales budget, as well as meeting the margin for his area, customer service, development of his area, and conducting product demonstrations to boost the company's sales. He works with farmers in the field, generating demand and boosting sales.
1. Achieve regional budget and sales goals for each client and product, supporting strategies, analyzing the potential market, and pursuing market share goals, ensuring effective forecasting and improved supply management.
2. Develop demand generation efforts through field days, talks, and training for delivery drivers and customers, with the goal of promoting the portfolio and gaining market share by ensuring brand positioning and sales generation, providing technical support to customers, and meeting their needs.
3. Implement marketing strategies focused on the entire portfolio, generating value through knowledge of products, competitors, and benefits, positioning and ensuring the marketing of the company's entire product range.
4. Support the collections department in documenting guarantees and monitoring the client's situation, taking into account both subjective and objective aspects, to ensure a streamlined process for the inclusion of new clients. 5- Responsible for the collection of customer accounts, with support from the Collections department.
6- Create and review an accurate forecast to ensure efficient supply, at least once a month.
