Formulation Chemist

•Formulation Development, but not limited to: New formulation development; Formulation improvement and evaluation.
•Reverse engineer competitor products; Act as lead on stability, efficacy and trials associated with formulations; Maintain records as required.
•Manufacture sample formulations for product chemistry, efficacy studies and sample program as needed.
•Schedule and assist with stability studies to support formulations.
•Author formula cards including Darwin formulas, particularly formulation processes, product specifications and technology transfers. 
•To proactively assist Quality complaint/problem solving as enabling support from R&D
•To generate and implement innovative ideas into assigned projects.
•To provide advice and training for colleagues in their area of technical expertise.
•To maintain awareness of the state of the art in specialist area or competitors’ capa.
Ensure skillful delivery of projects to meet stakeholders expectations.
•Compliance with internal policies and guidelines e.g. Environment, Health and Safety.
