  1. Supply products on time for sales in such countries.
  2. Lead country S&OP, planning, import, order processing activities.
  3. Accountable for inventory management, assure enough stocks in place on key SKUs to avoid lost sales but minimize overall inventory positions to improve NWC (especially on yearend).
  4. Minimize/zero write-offs, Aging inventory, SLOBs.
  5. Drive Sales Forecast accuracy, lead SAP-SNP rollout.
  6. Execute projects to drive COGS savings (Synergy and Fit For Growth initiatives).
  7. Be the SCM focal point and senior business partner for Country Heads in Vietnam (VN)
  8. Work in the operations guaranteeing EHS and product quality.
  9. Pro-actively identify customer pain points related to SCM and lead improvement processes for higher customer satisfaction.
  10. Any other assignments as given by Country Head from time to time.
