Job Summary:

  • Driving the marketing share growth segment, co – operate with ASMs to develop brand and demand from market. Focus on C2 and farmer network.
  • Focus on key brands (Her: Tarang, Mesty, Dinamic; Fung and Npp: Kasumin, Fineluck, Arytop, Cuprofix, BioBac; Insect: Caral, Pylon, Callous, Perkill, Profast, Comite ;  Bio Solution: Foltron, Calira, Complesal)
  • Be successful launch for new products as strategy.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop Solid C2 network by each C1 (align ASMs)
  • Build loyalty C2 club with brands focus.
  • Build up Farmer Ambassador club, 20 farmers/province on Rice/Veg/Fruit
  • Planning demand generation activities, Guide and lead MDO, Sales rep to implement marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with influencers/ authorities’ team for trials, demo, monitor and collect market/competitive information Propose any innovative idea to Country.
  • Constantly build product knowledge and deliver value added offers in engaging ways.
  • Setting up attractive product promotions at point of sales.
  • Delivering presentations and demonstrations to customers and other stakeholders (Livestream)
  • Contribute to commercial strategy and implementation of marketing activities
  • Collect and analyze market data/trends to provide insight for the further development of the business.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  1. Critical knowledge
  • University degree in Marketing /Agriculture.
  • Good understanding of technical & development tasks.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office apps such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability and ethics to work in a multi-national and multi-task environment. 

 

  1. Critical experience.
  • At least 3 years of marketing development experience in Agriculture or Agriculture Chemical Manufacturing industry.  
  • Ability to work in a Business to Consumer (B2C) environment.
  • Good analytical and data reading skills.
  • Result and deadline oriented, self-driven motivation is a plus.
  • Highly skilled in business development, and creation and implementation of marketing plans.
  • Experience communicating with multiple levels of seniority. Good interpersonal skills and is able to build network.
  • Has a good command in using the English language.
  • Ability to anticipate issues, multitasking and prioritization is essential.
  • Attitude and mind-set to work in local unit of a global organization, work in cross functional / matrix organization focused, and understanding of competition environment.
