Descripción:
Main Responsibilities of the Position: Responsible for the sales budget, as well as meeting the margin for their area, customer service, development of their area, and conducting product demonstrations to boost company sales. Work with farmers in the field, generating demand and boosting sales.
1. Main Job Duties: 1. Achieve regional budget and sales goals for each client and product, supporting strategies, analyzing potential markets, and pursuing market share goals, ensuring effective forecasting and improved supply management. 2. Conduct demand generation work through field trips, talks, and training for delivery drivers and customers, with the goal of promoting the portfolio and gaining market share, ensuring brand positioning and sales generation, providing technical support to customers, and meeting their needs. 3. Implement marketing strategies focused on the entire portfolio, generating value through knowledge of products, competitors, and benefits, positioning and ensuring the marketing of the company's entire product range. 4. Support the collections department with the documentation of guarantees and monitoring the client's situation, taking into account both subjective and objective aspects, to ensure a smooth process for the inclusion of new clients. 5. Responsible for the collections process for the client portfolio, with support from the Collections department. 6. Create and review an accurate forecast to ensure efficient supply, at least once a month.
