Research & Development in-house Trials: -

  • in-house trial conduction in Punjab as per agreed plan and outlined protocols,
  • Submit the interim report of continued trials whenever required to manager.
  • Trial Data compilation and brief report on each trial & report with 15 days after trials completion,

Form-1 / Label expansion Registration Trials: -

  • Ensure official trial conduction as per specified protocol i.e., pest / dose / standard in Punjab province,
  • Follow-up of result compilation & submission to provincial authorities for standardization meeting.

Business Development Support: -

  • Developmental trials to explore new opportunities and niche markets for existing products,
  • Disseminating product information & crop production technology through presentation in farmer seminar and in monthly regional sale team meeting of respective regions),
  • Complaint Handling – (Attend to address product complaint with sale team coordination).
  • Coordinate the sale team in conduction of demo’s trials of new product.

Government interface: -

  • Relationship with key govt. officials of Punjab agriculture deptt. For Smooth execution of Reg. /LE trials and approvals in provincial meetings & Product recommendations for all strategic products.

Sales Support Activities: -

  • Strengthen technical base and brand image of Arysta products – (Participation in regional training &individual Sale person training identified by management/concern persons),
  • Exploit technical strength of Arysta at Govt. Research / Extension Department – (Product recommendation should appear in govt. publications),
  •  Prepare presentation and crop calendar as per requirement

Update R&D manager /HO on competition new product launch in market with complete technical information.
