We are looking for Administrative Affairs Responsible for our Turkey Organization

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and administrate the day to day activities of the office (e-mails, mails, calls, packages, deliveries)
  • Carrying out operations such as answering incoming calls, welcoming guests. Directly responsible from company's phone; answer calls and forward to related divisions.
  • Organization of daily meetings and reservations.
  • Keeping meeting notes and forward to related departments.
  • Purchasing essential office equipments and employee devices. Following employee assesst records.
  • Keeping equipments ready for employee operations.
  • Manage secretariat, cafeteria, cleaning, personnel services within the scope of administrative affairs
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets; monitoring administration related costs and operations,
  • Follow up maintenance, repair and insurances of the company vehicles and cars.
  • Management of all landlines, and internet lines, connections, payments, cancellations.
  • Supporting the in-office workflow, as well as the outside activities (notary, trade of commerce office, government offical offices etc). Finding solutions to solve administrative issues.
  • Increasing the efficiency of administrative affairs processes
  • Execute the General Manager within the scope of administrative affairs (travel requests, bookings, meeting organizations etc)
  • Taking the responsibility of Board of Directiors and General Assembly Meetings with Lawyers and Consultants.
  • Managing and following purchasing contracts, rental contracts and all service contracts of the company.




  • Graduated from related departments of universities (Public Relations, Faculties of Administrations and Economics, Business Administration etc.)
  • At least 2 years of experience in related fields,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is must,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accustomed to planned and systematical working and busy schedule.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, analysis and interpretation skills,
  • Highly energetic with ability to achieve the set objectives
