POSITION PURPOSE

Lead the transformation of marketing across APAC to accelerate sustainable, profitable growth at scale. This role will build a high-impact marketing engine, anchored in developing and scaling Power Brands, driving demand, and strengthening UPL’s leadership in modern, sustainable agriculture.

 

JOB ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Drive Regional Growth Strategy: Define and execute a bold APAC marketing strategy that translates business priorities into scalable, high-impact growth across markets, crops, and portfolios.

 

  • Build & Scale Power Brands (Core Priority): Lead the identification, development, and expansion of Power Brands as primary growth engines, ensuring strong positioning, differentiation, and consistent execution across APAC.

 

  • Create a Scalable Demand Engine: Embed a customer-back approach through segmentation and insights, while accelerating digital marketing, CRM, and analytics to improve effectiveness and ROI.

 

  • Ensure Go-to-Market Excellence: Drive impactful product launches and portfolio activation, with strong cross-functional alignment to maximize adoption and lifecycle value.

 

  • Build a High-Performing APAC Marketing Organization: Develop a future-ready team and unified ways of working, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and “One Team, One Focus.”
