PURPOSE (why does the position exist, WITH what objectives and WITHIN what limits)
The position exist to plan , execute and finalise energy related projects to ensure cost savingv and use new technology for supporting operation team

 

Business Understanding:  Chemical Industry, Process Equipment manufacturing, Contracting & Services

 

1 Driving Energy Projects
  • Identifying scope for energy savings projects potential workout, CAPEX ROI prevalidation with technical & finance team.
 
 
 
2 Support to Operations team
  • Project implementation and follow-up with operations teams on the efficiency parameters along with supporting during Commissioning of new equipment and analysis of result with rated specs 
 
 
 
3 Safety
  •Ensuring safe working conditions and safe working practices on site
by following safety practices / procedures, change management, PSR & PSSR activities.
 
 
 
4 Training , Analysis and Engagement 
  • Gap analysis for utility requirements (energy balance) to identify scope for improvements and Training and skill development to handle critical utilities like steam, chilled water, chilled brine and related efficiency aspects
