Team Lead - Safety

Good Experience in understanding P&IDs with respect to various equipment, instruments and processos.

Ability to review P&IDs from a safety perspective and provide comments to the design

team Experience in understanding logic and interlocks with respect to various Systerns.

Experience in hazard identification and protective device sizing with respect to various

processes. Knowledge about various process equipment, Utility equipment like Compressor, Chiller,

steam systems, etc, its operation and expected hazards during operation. Knowledge on studies like HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, LOPA, etc. for various process systems.

Co-ordinate with project execution team on process safety requirement communication & support

Experience in the preparation of Process datasheets for various safety items like PSV, PVVV, Flame arrestor, etc.

Technical evaluation of vendor specification for safety items.

Interface with Leads of other departments to reflect the as-on-date input from other departments, as applicable in the case of projects where safety inputs are relevant.

Should be able to handle and manage various stakeholders in the project.

Good communication skill is a must and should be good in technical writing in English. Experience in Microsoft Word/Excel/Presentation etc. Experience in plant operation and

familiarity with various process equipment will be an added advantage Communicate with onsite/offshore team for executing the projects. Should be able to

travel abroad with assignments for short/long term deputation based on the requirement.

Experience in Basic Process Engineering, Safety studies, HAZOP, Risk assessment, etc. and

should be well versed in understanding P&IDs and process systems. Excellent in Microsoft Word/Excel/Presentation and technical writing in English.

Good communication skills should be a team player and also should be a quick learner
