o 10 to 12 years of overall IT experience.

o Minimum of 8 years of experience in O365 administration primarily including Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, Azure AD synchronization.
o Extensive experience and skill in the use of PowerShell to report on and manage O365 services
o Troubleshooting and monitoring of Azure AD connect.
o Managing and ensuring availability of Office365 services (Skype for Business), Exchange Online (email, calendar, tasks), O365 Administration using Office365 Admin Console and Office365 Command Shell.
o Managing user accounts and user licenses through the Office 365 admin center in the Microsoft cloud platform or Windows PowerShell cmdlets.
o Troubleshoot issues related to Mail-flow, Shared Mailbox, Distribution List, User Mailbox, Anti-spam, Anti-malware, Security and compliance.
o Creating or managing requests related to Office 365
o Automating and Developing PowerShell scripts for processes within the environment.
o Supports Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online users using MS Office Outlook 2016 and OWA.
o Mailbox management like Mailbox permission, delegation, quota management, mail tracking, and mail transport rule creation/modification.
o Strong understanding of day-to-day functionality in Office 365 services like, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, One Drive for Business, Exchange Online & Active Directory

o Leading overall service improvement plan for Enterprise Email services and product adoption drive for Skype for business, Teams, AIP, MFA, MDM, EMS etc

o Assessment of current settings of O365 tenant in terms of best practices, security settings like DKIM, Secure score, SPF, Modern Auth, Legal hold, Archival etc

o Initiate and drive various initiatives for strengthening Enterprise email service improvement plans, security assessment with Microsoft

o Co-ordination with HR department for capacity planning on Licensing provisioning, approvals to support onboarding/ offboarding processes

o Weekly/ monthly MIS on overall health of Enterprise email services
