Job Summary:

  • Responsible for the preparation & registration of products in the country
  • Prepare regulatory documents and dossiers as requested (e.g., characterization of products, specifications, efficacy, claims substantiation, safety package)
  • Ensure timely achievement in key registrations and regulatory milestones.
  • Ensure timely update of regulatory documents/database in global regulatory software and in IRDR database
  • Timely implementation of technical/formulation site addition, registrations transfer, entity name changes in region
  • Provide regulatory support to compliance activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively in multidisciplinary projects with distributors/third party manufacturers/country regulatory managers to ensure the achieving country’s regulatory business goals
  • Ensure execution of process set in regions related to regulatory database management
  • Keep project datapoints (synergy project, regn transfers, entity name updation, shelf-life extension) updated
  • Maintain and input portfolio details in Cortex
  • Keep abreast of changing regulatory requirements and the potential impact to the UPL product portfolio
  • Proactively identify potential future challenges for our products and come up with strategies to address those challenges

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 5 years of managing regulatory affairs, preferably for Crop Protection/Agriculture Chemical Manufacturing industry
  • Experience working in agriculture or life sciences regulatory and compliance environment
  • Knowledge of country regulations in agrochemicals and biosolutions is an advantage.
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams such as Research and Product Development, and Marketing.
  • Responsible for conclusions/recommendations and determining any potential impact to business
