Purpose of the Role: To lead the business execution with quality by supporting the sub regions by providing tools to enhance the productivity / profitability of their business and follow up to ensure the agreed achievement.

 

 

  • To provide a complete framework and strategy / vision of business execution.
  • Be an expert for the ERP tools e.g. Sales forces/ BW / others and ensure the quality of the data in the system.
  • To coordinate across the sub-regions for the achievements of the monthly targets.
  • Ensure the profitability of the key products by monitoring & supporting with solutions in case of any shortfalls.
  • To have a dashboard to monitor the progress made periodically and share in the summary report with action points.
  • Ready with the latest market information of the key products, communication of the same to the sub region take the decisions for business needs.
  • Close coordination with the finance/ marketing / sales team across Latam / Sub-regions for the targets set.
  • Provide more friendly solutions to the stakeholders after understanding the needs.
  • Proven Value Pricing implementation , Go to Market approach experience
  • Understanding the needs of the channel partners, internal team , other stakeholders and propose the solutions.
  • Train the team for the software/dashboards.
