Analista de Cuentas por Pagar

Responsabilidades:

• Recepción, revisión y registro de facturas a través de SAP
• Elaboración y gestión de propuesta de pago
• Conciliación de cuentas contables
• Proceso de factoraje en conjunto con el área contable
• Garantizar los términos de pago a proveedores
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de procesos y políticas de pagos
• Garantizar el correcto flujo de proceso de pagos desde la solicitud, compra y recepción
• Registro de Inter compañías
• Revisión mensual de cuentas y saldos de proveedores
• Servicio a clientes internos (usuarios) y externos (proveedores)

Requisitos:

• Licenciatura en áreas económico administrativas
• 2 años de experiencia en cuentas por pagar
• Manejo de SAP, Microsoft Office
• Inglés Indispensable
