Generate clear and updated information about the mode of action and biological effect of current technologies by integrating scientific research, experimental design, management, results analysis, interpretation and reporting.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform and report the efficacy trials of NPP products at laboratory, greenhouse and field trial level to generate support of performance of new NPP products and new uses.
2. Identify and analyze the development of new products and models to support the efficacy of biosolutions NPP based on the Global Robust Model Initiative focused on Global Pain Points.
3. Provide the preliminary concept of new NPP products for further development in field by the Technical Development and Marketing Teams based on developed greenhouse results.
4. Perform mode of action studies for NPP products with internal capacities (emphasis in molecular biology tests).
5. Ensure operations of all equipment (laboratory and greenhouse) and perform maintenance
6. Communicate the results of the performance and biological mode of action of NPP Solutions within UPL Scientific Forums and external (as per request and in conjunction with Global Marketing.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Career/professional title required:
-Bachelor in Agrogenomic Sciencies, Biotechnology, Msc in Agronomy
Speciality:
- Master in Plant Biotechnology / Molecular Biology / Protected Agriculture
Basic knowledge referred:
-Experimental Design and Development
-Tests at Laboratory and Greenhouse level.
-Field Test Development -Use of Agrochemicals
-Statistical analysis
-Project Management and Evaluation
-Interpretation of soil and plant nutrition analysis
-Molecular Biology
Requirements:
