We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax and FEMA Compliance Specialist to join our team. The specialist will be responsible for the preparation and filing of returns under FEMA law and assistance in International Tax (including Transfer pricing) matters for the Group. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and SAP is required, along with workable knowledge of financial statements.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file various types of returns under FEMA law, adhering to the regulatory requirements.
  • Provide general assistance in FEMA compliance, addressing queries and concerns from internal stakeholders.
  • Assistance in International tax related matters for the Group including corporate tax returns, tax provisioning and transfer pricing.
  • Work closely with external tax consultants, AD Banks and government authorities for timely submissions and dispute resolution, if necessary.

 

Skills And Qualifications

  • CA with 2 years’ experience or CA fresher with prior article-ship experience.
  • Proven experience in FEMA compliance, including preparation and filing of returns.
  • Workable knowledge of financial statements and their relevance to FEMA compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and SAP.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with numerical data.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
