Lead End User Services


Job Responsibilities:


  • Design, enhance and implement the End User Compute platform and infrastructure to support the requirements of the business with an eye for continual improvement, including speed of delivery and user experience.
  • Define the Global EUC roadmap 
  • Work with other technology groups to streamline effective processes and drive continuous improvement for EUC infrastructure, services and support.
  • Architect, design and manage the Asset management, Microsoft AD, SCCM & O365 platform along with the governance & deployment.
  • Identify and drive areas for service improvements in conjunction with the managed service provider
  • Preparing and reviewing IT Infrastructure related RFPs as well as evaluating the bids received and giving recommendation on vendor selection
  • Overseeing vendor/partner to ensure relevant deliverables with agreed SLA as well as objectives, priorities, trade-offs and risks are aligned
  • Some travel is required for this role since End user services Lead will work in multiple programs and projects across the group


Required Qualification:


  • B.E./B.Tech.
  • ITIL Certified
  • 12-15 years of relevant work experience
