Skill set:

 

  • Deep experience in engaging with business stakeholders to understand their requirement and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce application.
  • The candidate must have adequate experience to create and review design of salesforce data model, and application.
  • Proficiency in configuration and customization in Salesforce.com, Apex, Visual force and Lightning Components.
  • Good understanding of overall SFDC architecture & landscape. (sales cloud, service cloud, communities) is must have. Knowledge of any other SFDC product is an added advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of SFDC configuration, customization is mandatory.
  • Hands on work experience on Integration aspects between salesforce and remote applications including SAP is must have.
  • Awareness of SFDC deployment process (change sets, other tools etc..) is expected.
  • High level understanding of Javascript, Javascript framework such as Jquery, AngularJS, ExtJS, etc is desirable.

 

 

Required Qualification

 

  • Minimum 12  years of experience in IT Delivery out of which 6 plus years in SFDC
  • Minimum 5 Years of experience as a Team Lead and having experience handling stakeholders.
  • Education : Minimum Qualification  B.E. from Premier Institute.
  • Good Communication skills both written and Oral  and sound Presentation skills.
  • Experience in ERP , specially SAP SD, will be a added plus.

 

 

Following certifications are preferred:

  • Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and/or Other Consultant Certifications
  • Application Architect / System Architect / CTA

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Translate the client's business objectives into technical requirements covering all aspects of the functionalities
  • Understand the user stories and break them into modules of technical scenarios
  • Estimate the efforts needed to accomplish customer objectives
  • Identify & highlight different risks involved and work on mitigation plans
  • Lead and guide the technical consultants during various phases of the project including (but not limited to) design, coding, unit testing to deployment
  • Review the code to ensure requirement coverage and adherence to best practices
  • Act as a bridge between development team and the customer
  • Liaison closely with application development & support groups to ensure plan is in place for post go-live support
  • Lead & mentor new team members to bring them up to speed
