IPD Candidate -Job Description
- Conducting patentability searches.
- Identifying patentability in inventions over prior art.
- Drafting patent specification.
- Preparing and Filing Response in the Patent Office.
- Providing end to end support in Pre and Post Grant Oppositions by searching and interpreting relevant prior art.
- Conducting freedom-to-operate searches.
Required Educational Qualifications
- M.Sc./PhD (Organic Chemistry) OR M. Pharm with sound technical knowledge
- 7-10 years of work experience in Intellectual property rights with drafting skills
- Good communication skills
