Sales Lead - B2C (Exports)

Location: Mumbai ( MMR ) region

Peer company / portfolio – FMCG in Global or Domestic pest repellents brand like Mortein by RB, All out by SCJ and Good night and Hit by Godrej’s relevant division.

 

Job description:

  • Sales Plan - Achieve growth targets by way of generating business through new market penetration and new product launches in global markets. 
  • Business Development – Identifying and building key channel partners for Online, Modern Trade i.e 7-Eleven, Chemist channel and Retail network distributors in various countries and regions across the world. 
  • Regulatory Clearances – This is one of they key expectations from this role beign the starting point. Coordinate with agency and Product development team to get in place all regulatory approvals for sale of commercial packaged goods in target markets.
  • Market Intelligence - Build a mechanism of market intelligence to share information about relevant products, trade prices, schemes, promotions, competition activities in that country or region or market in particular etc.
  • Product promotion – Appoint local agencies for carrying out visibility activities across channels of retail and modern trade.
  • Travel – As per job needs to facilitate deliverables. Market visits in international markets.  

 

 

Position requirements:

  • Qualifications: Minimum graduate with FMCG sales experience in exports market e.g. LATAM, NAM, ME and Africa, SEA, APAC in either one or more countries and regions
  • Experience:  Minimum 4 years of relevant experience on handling FMCG sales for exports markets
  • Language: English and other foreign languages preferred
