The position is accountable for driving the growth of business UPL business in Kenya, the Kenya market is characterized as highly competitive & becoming generic companies & multinationals. B2B. The role needs strong business acumen & Strategic

orientation and change management is critical as we are evolving organization, strong leadership- people management & influencing skills.


Job responsibilities:

P&L responsibility, Lead Country commercial team to deliver the business results, Devise country growth strategy, explore the opportunity for growth (organic & inorganic), New Product Identification registration & commercialization in co-ordination with R&D, Mkt. team, channel expansion, assessing business risk for UPL,

Scale up the existing innovation,  market scanning capability to help in decision making & finding opportunity, understand product management, credit control, inventory management, drive customer centricity.
