Role Overview:

The role will be responsible for managing data accuracy, driving campaign performance tracking, enabling seasonal updates, and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. The Business Analyst will support business teams with meaningful MIS and actionable insights to drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain accurate business data across internal systems and tools

· Create, update, and validate datasets linked to campaigns, product performance, and seasonal plans

· Track and follow up on campaigns with sales, marketing, and regional teams ensuring timely execution

· Build MIS dashboards and periodic reports to support business reviews and leadership visibility

· Lead data consolidation and insights generation for product and market performance

· Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance

· Support digital transformation projects through process mapping and data requirement gathering

· Identify data gaps, ensure compliance with data governance standards, and recommend improvements

· Coordinate updates related to seasonal portfolios, pricing, and schemes on business platforms

Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree required (MBA/Analytics preferred)

· 4+ years experience in data management, MIS reporting, or business analysis

· Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI/Tableau preferred

· Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and present to senior stakeholders

· Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills

· Detail-oriented with strong ownership and problem-solving approach
