Description:
JOb Responsibilities:
- Demand Forecasting: Conduct monthly forecast maintenance
- Annual Budgeting activity.
- Working with various teams (Sales, Marketing, Trade and Finance) to align the forecasted demand and finalizing the monthly rolling forecasts for business
- Demand Fulfilment: Coordinating with supply teams for the production basis finalized forecast.
- Working collaboratively with the team on supply strategies
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
- Inventory tracking
- Periodic monitoring of sales of planned sales vs actual sales in business; creating dashboards with sales & internal teams to monitor progress and take corrective actions if/where needed
- Maintenance & Order Book Hygiene
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
- Providing the monthly estimate report to the region for the dispatches for affiliates & direct customers after analyzing the supply commits & logistics plans.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Complaints should be logged & ensure strict turnaround time framework for addressing and resolving the customer complaints
- Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.
- Complete Budget maintenance for 5 years
- Ensure achieving the monthly dispatch estimates shared with the region and management for affiliate & direct customer sales.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Overall, 5-6 years of experience
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields.
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
- Well versed with MS - Excel & APO - DP & APO SNP
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills & Able to work with ease with Cross functional departments
