Description: 

JOb Responsibilities:

 

  • Demand Forecasting: Conduct monthly forecast maintenance
  • Annual Budgeting activity.
  • Working with various teams (Sales, Marketing, Trade and Finance) to align the forecasted demand and finalizing the monthly rolling forecasts for business
  • Demand Fulfilment: Coordinating with supply teams for the production basis finalized forecast.                                                                                                
  • Working collaboratively with the team on supply strategies
  • Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
  • Inventory tracking
  • Periodic monitoring of sales of planned sales vs actual sales in business; creating dashboards with sales & internal teams to monitor progress and take corrective actions if/where needed                                                                                         
  • Maintenance & Order Book Hygiene
  • Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
  • Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
  • Providing the monthly estimate report to the region for the dispatches for affiliates & direct customers after analyzing the supply commits & logistics plans.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Customer Complaints should be logged & ensure strict turnaround time framework for addressing and resolving the customer complaints
  • Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.
  • Complete Budget maintenance for 5 years
  • Ensure achieving the monthly dispatch estimates shared with the region and management for affiliate & direct customer sales.

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Overall, 5-6 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields.
  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
  • Well versed with MS - Excel & APO - DP & APO SNP
  • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills & Able to work with ease with Cross functional departments
