JOb Responsibilities:

  • Design, enhance and implement the End User Compute platform and infrastructure to support the requirements of the business with an eye for continual improvement, including speed of delivery and user experience.
  • Define the Global EUC roadmap.
  • Work with other technology groups to streamline effective processes and drive continuous improvement for EUC infrastructure, services, and support.
  • Evaluation of new tools & technologies & preparation of business case in the EUC domain
  • Architect, design and manage the Asset management, Microsoft AD, SCCM, Intune & O365 platform along with the governance & deployment.
  • Identify and drive areas for service improvements in conjunction with the managed service provider.
  • Preparing and reviewing IT Infrastructure related RFPs as well as evaluating the bids received and giving recommendation on vendor selection.
  • Overseeing vendor/partner to ensure relevant deliverables with agreed SLA as well as objectives, priorities, trade-offs, and risks are aligned.
  • Knowledge on Microsoft & Other OEM Software License and reconciliation of the same.
  • Managed Services Partner management – Tickets, SLA & KPI

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • B.E./B.Tech.
  • ITIL Certified
  • 12-15 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience of managing Global Team / End user Services will be preferred
  • Experience of working with teams in a fast paced, high-growth focused, dynamic and a hands-on work environment.
