Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  5. Application Portfolio Support:
    • Assist in maintaining the organization's application inventory.
    • Collaborate with teams to evaluate the performance, usage, and relevance of applications in the portfolio.
  6. Process Improvement:
    • Suggest improvements for project management processes and methodologies.
    • Learn and adopt best practices for application portfolio management.
