Specialist- SAP FICO

Key Responsibilities:SAP FICO Module Management:  Oversee and manage the FI and CO modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.Configuration and Customization: Design, configure, and customize SAP FICO solutions to meet specific business requirements.Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the financial and controlling functions and implement efficient solutions.User Support and Training:  Provide expert-level support to end-users, including troubleshooting, training, and documentation of best practices.Project Management:  Lead or participate in SAP FICO-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, and assist in audits as required.Collaboration:  Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and operations to align SAP FICO functionality with business needs.Skills Required:Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders. Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) is essential, Min 5 yrs experience in S4Hana with both India and Global exposure.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.Project Management:  Experience in managing or contributing to SAP FICO projects, with strong organizational and time management skills.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Education: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, SAP Certification) is a plus.Experience: 10-12 yrs , Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO, with a strong focus on implementation, configuration, and support.Location: UPL HQ- Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
