We are looking for a HR Trainee passionate about People Development to join the Europe HR Department. The person will be based in Paris, and will collaborate in the Learning & Development Area for a period of approximately 6 months.

Functions:

  • Provide support on the training needs analysis and the execution of the Annual Training Plan in Europe
  • Collaborate on the coordination and deployment of each training: list of participants, agenda, invite mailing, logistics, attendance report, certificates, surveys and others
  • Support our Digital Training Platform maximizing employee development opportunities and solving possible technical incidences
  • Prepare and review training materials for the ongoing trainings
  • Analyze and evaluate training feedback and effectiveness, creating specific reports and dashboards for decision-making
  • Activate and monitor the training and development invoicing, ensuring its correct payment and positive relations with the training providers
  • Participate in Talent Development projects and the Europe Cultural Agenda, specifically special initiatives such as the Culture Day, Diversity & Inclusion, and others
  • Other administrative support to the Department such as preparing ad-hoc reports or presentations

Who you are:

  • A proactive, self-starter, creative and passionate HR person, with great analytical and detail-orientation skills
  • International profile with an inclusive mindset to work cross-geographically within Europe region
  • Bachelor/Master student with possibility to sign an University / Business School Agreement
  • Fluent in English. Other languages like French and Spanish (both speaking and writing) will be highly valued
  • Used to work with MS Office Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience in design programs like Canva or others will be highly valued
  • Possibility to collaborate full-time during a period of min. 6 months
