As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, providing strategic insights to leadership, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will serve as a key business partner to senior management, helping to develop and implement financial strategies that support our business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts
  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information for management, recommending strategic courses of action
  • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and company performance against business plans
  • Lead and oversee the finance department, setting goals and objectives while designing frameworks for achievement
  • Identify opportunities to reduce or maintain costs through detailed analysis of financial reports and business processes
  • Manage the preparation and execution of the company's budget
  • Collaborate with various departments to align on company plans and strategic directions
  • Ensure all financial legal requirements are met with precision and timeliness
  • Coordinate with auditors to maintain appropriate monitoring of company finances
  • Take responsibility for BIR Tax compliance and coordinate with legal department for SEC requirements and other legal matters
  • Prepare monthly payroll computations and manage related statutory requirements
  • Lead financial meetings and deliver critical reports and metrics to leadership
  • Handle additional administrative functions as needed

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, preferably with audit and tax experience
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in accounting and audit fields
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial software
  • Experience with SAP or other accounting software preferred
