Learning & Development Analyst / Executive

 

The Learning & Development Analyst / Executive has deeper understanding of the LMS platforms to record, organize and evaluate learning initiatives and its efficacy to meet business requirement.

Job Responsibilities 

 

  • Be a custodian of the Learning Management processes and obtain the signed off process as well as system understanding from the respective process owner
  • Roll out the monthly learning initiatives, monitor progress and feedback, submit monthly L&D MIS and evaluate the need for external knowledge partners (vendors) where necessary to design best in class learning interventions.
  • Support training logistics for in-person programs by partnering with the company empaneled vendors for both modules
  • Escalate the LMS & PM GM issues to HR Technology or HR Operations for any complex issues which impedes performance
  • End to End L&D Lifecycle Management Consulting, Needs Analysis, Gap identification, Design & Development of L&D Solutions supporting a strong Learning Culture.
  • Work closely with business to conceptualize, design, develop and execute L&D initiatives that enable accomplishment of business objectives.
  • Work closely with the unit HR team in understating the unit level learning needs and execute key L&D Programs and initiatives and to ensure consistency with practices for process improvements and innovation in the L&D function.
  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of learning journeys on an ongoing basis and make necessary fine-tuning to address business needs.
  • Research and learn new cutting-edge L&D best practices and implement them to achieve learning effectiveness.
  • Understand current and future business needs and translate that to a learning need to conceptualize and design learning interventions.
